About the Opportunity ✍️
We are seeking a Country Head for the Switzerland to help drive our business through the next stage of growth. This is a critical role within the company, and will report directly to the VP of Operations.
This individual will represent Chainbased as a requirement to maintain Chainbased’slicenses, but will also be expected to handle day to day operational work to help scale the business internationally.
What you will do
• Serve as Chainbased’s Country Head for the Switzerland, in addition to upholding various requirements necessary to maintain Chainbased’s licenses
• Prep and attend Board Meetings and meet with financial regulators
• Oversee Chainbased Switzerland’ outsourced services, including intragroup services
• Handle additional responsibilities across operations, payments and crypto initiatives
• Leverage data to make informed, strategic decisions about scaling Chainbased’s international business
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, finance compliance, legal and operations teams
What you will need
• Experience in a role subject to approval by a Dutch regulator (DNB or AFM)
• Experience engaging directly with a regulator
• Familiarity with financial services regulations
