About the Opportunity ✍️

We’re seeking a creative and self-motivated Video Content Creator who is skilled at producing high-quality, shareable, viral video content tailored to Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing video content strategies that align with our brand, resonate with our target audience, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of each platform’s unique style, trends, and best practices, and is able to create compelling, on-brand content that attracts and retains followers.

Candidates must be able to create and edit content directly, feel comfortable starring on-camera in original content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit original video content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and long-form videos (YouTube videos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, etc.). Must feel comfortable in front of the camera and editing.

Meme Master: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Adapt trends to fit our brand while maintaining a fresh, authentic voice.

Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to create and implement video content strategies that align with company goals and drive engagement.

Platform Optimization: Tailor content for each platform’s unique format and audience, optimizing for maximum reach, engagement, and shareability.

Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos with strong storytelling, clear branding, and compelling visuals. Add music, captions, graphics, and effects as needed.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with followers, and monitor video performance across platforms. Actively interact with influencers, partners, and content collaborators to build brand presence.

Analytics & Reporting: Track video performance (views, engagement rates, shares, etc.) and use insights to refine content strategies and improve future videos.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s tone, style, and brand guidelines while maintaining creative freedom to push boundaries and experiment with new ideas.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to create videos that support product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating and editing video content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

• Strong understanding of each platform’s unique features (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok trends) and how to leverage them for engagement.

• Excellent storytelling skills with a creative approach to video production.

• A keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail in video quality and editing.

• Ability to create content that resonates with a target audience, drives engagement, and tells a compelling brand story.

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with a team and receiving feedback.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.

• Experience with influencer marketing or working with brand partnerships.

• Background in digital marketing, content strategy, or communications is a plus.
